Bringing Chinese New Year to Life

I worked with Lorch Studios to fabricate and install bespoke decorative pieces for the Yauatcha Group's Chinese New Year celebrations. Across Yauatcha City, Yauatcha Soho and Hakkasan Mayfair.

The job was about taking the Lorch Studio's concepts off the page and turning them into something physical and built to last, without losing any of the detail that made them special. What I liked most about this one was the balance it demanded: everything had to feel polished and consistent across all three venues, but each space still had its own character, so nothing could feel copy pasted. It was as much about craft as it was about reading the room. Literally, three different rooms.
