Five Mailboxes, Five Countries, One Week

Commissioned by a US production team Coleman Productions for the European leg of Conan Gray's 2026 World Tour, I built five American-style mailbox props for arena installations across Paris (Adidas Arena), Amsterdam (Ziggo Dome), London (O2 Arena), Poland (Tauron Arena) and Portugal (MEO Arena).

I ran the full production myself. Sourcing materials, fabricating, and making sure every build matched the US tour specs exactly, since these needed to look identical to what was already out on the road. I also handled client liaison directly, kept quality consistent across all five, and packaged everything then handled the shipping. The whole thing, start to finish, came together in a one-week turnaround.
