My journey started in music videos; filming, directing and editing for artists, learning how to shape mood, movement and story through the frame. Over time that pulled me beyond the edit and into the physical worlds being built on camera. I became just as interested in what was in the room as I was in how it was filmed and cut together.
That shift led me into art department work, set design, scenic fabrication, theatre and live production. The more I built, dressed and installed, the more I realised it was all connected. Shooting and editing taught me how an audience experiences an image, and set design gave me the tools to create that image before it ever reached the camera.
Now my work sits between the physical and digital: building environments, shaping visuals, directing ideas, and understanding how it all translates on screen. My background isn't linear, but that's what gives it strength. I think like an editor, build like a fabricator, and approach every project with an eye for the full journey. From concept to final image.
